Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
Further images disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
